try eating More. I used to get so tierd during school and never felt like training afterwards. I started eating during my classes nothing big just a light snack and i started getting way more energy and was able to get more out of training

Sleep well and eat well. All these supps are either a gimmick or could have some awful effects on your health.

dont mean to scare you but, sometimes fatigue is a sign of something else....you should go get a full physical with bloodwork....it wouldnt be a bad idea.....

i try to get like 8 hours of sleep but its so hard, i always end up staying up till like 3am. if i'm very tired the next day i take 5hour energy sometimes, it helps me, but i wouldn't make it a habit.

What are the symptoms of iron-deficiency anaemia?

If a person is otherwise healthy, it can take some time for the signs of anaemia to appear.

* The first symptoms will be tiredness and palpitations (awareness of heartbeat).

* Shortness of breath and dizziness (fainting) are also common.

* If the anaemia is severe, you may experience angina (chest pain), headache or leg pains (intermittent claudication).

Besides these general symptoms of anaemia, in pronounced and long-term cases of iron deficiency there will be:

* burning sensation in the tongue

* dryness in the mouth and throat

* sores at the corners of the mouth

* altered sense of touch

* brittle, spoon-shaped nails with vertical stripes and a tendency to fray

* pica (an insatiable craving for a specific food, eg liquorice)

* brittle hair

* difficulty swallowing
