hi ive almost left school, and i was just wondering how you guys manage to to all this training you say you should be doing like 5 or 6 days a week or lees if you have have a job.
dose your job not get in the way?
if you dont have a job, how do you eanr money ?

Go work in the day and go the boxing gym at night ......

Well living at home helps...
I go to college from 8am to noon Monday through Thursday and work Monday evening and all day friday. I train afternoon M-Th and then Friday after work. Saturday I relax and go on a hike or something active like that. Sunday I go to church and then do laundry, clean etc.

Run @ 5am. work 8-4pm gym at 5pm..5 days a week..I have a kid on the way too...so you just have to make time
i work weekdays finish at 5 go train at night.

work 9-6. train 7.30 to 9

I work the graveyard shift (from midnight to 7am) ....
-sleep during the day
-train in the evening

yeh its hard i train after 5 and sometimes at night

Im going through the same ****. Im waiting till school finished, but im not gettin any younger.. im 20 man.. I wanted to start early, but couldn't because of the money.
Just finish school first..... I just want to box though.

I attend both school and work.
Sunday: No work or school. Train from 12-2:30
Monday: School, no work. Train from 5:30 to ??
Tuesday: Run and do abs in morning, School & Work
Wednesday: School, Warmup and then Spar at 7:45
Thursday: School, Train from 4:00 - ??
Friday: School, Train from 4:00 - ??
Saturday: Warmup and Spar in the morning, Work
Trying to getup and run in the morning every week day though.

Wake up at 6.45 - run for half an hour
breakfast and go to work..
come home for about 4.30.
Sit down relax, start training at 6. Come home at 9
do it all over again.
If i don't get up in the morning and run, i run as soon as i get home from work.
5 days a week..you'll get in the habit and form a routine.
