I always see these products to help strengthen the neck, to take a punch ...
What are some exercises you can do to help strengthen the neck?
How do you use those neck weights?

this is what we used to do in wrestling...they are called neck bridges.
lie face down on the ground and elevate your rear (use your hands)....all you weight should be on your toes and your forehead (keep your neck straight and do not let it bend backwards!!!!), hold this position for 2 min...you should also do these face up with your weight on the back of your head and your heels....eventually you can turn from face up to face down without using your hands or dropping to the ground....
Thses will give you strength in the neck
