Fury Dragon 09-13-2003, 06:59 PM Recently I've been doing some self-training in boxing too, so I need to add that to CSSKF, WC, and Muay Thai. S.Stewart 09-15-2003, 03:25 PM Alright, first message. My standup mainly consists of TKD, Muay Thai and boxing. That way I can work well with kicks, punches, elbows and knees. It's not the best, but it works for me. Kempo Chris 09-15-2003, 05:33 PM Filipino kali can be useful for your standup fighting. The footwork with the sticks is basically the same as when your kicking and punching. I do Filipino stickfight and it has greatly helped improve my footwork. ballast 10-01-2003, 05:03 PM I just got my passbook for amateur boxing, which I just recently got into.I use to fight in Toughman contests, but I'm now more interested in the real deal.
