The midwest is killin as of late. No question Lupe, Common, and Kanye put out dope albums. And Twista dropped some nice joints on his album even though overall it aint that strong.

His last album had decent songs on it, and he has ripped a lot of features lately. He isn't what he was, but he's still better than A LOT of the artists in the game, especially in the south. Lupe is sick. Royce's album Death Is Certain is HIGHLY underrated. D12 actually have two slept on albums, in the sense that it's not all trash. Tech N9ne is a sick RAPPER. He raps.. he's sick. Common is ill, I just don't know what you dislike about him. To each his own I guess. Kanye is sick and so is Twista.

In response to your last statement, its not just about Southern Artist with me playa...I'm from Texas so of course that is the type of music I like..I love music period...all genres....

As for the rest of your post, I feel you to the fullest..

Hip Hop sales will continue to remain average with exception of Jay's annual November release and Em's come back album.

Wayne will give a dissapointing release after playing himself out in 2007.

Rappers will attempt to take a shot at the "buisnessman" style after the success of Jay and 50 Cent in other ventures besides music.

Kanye West will win "Album of the Year" at the Grammy's and fans will be outraged claiming snub to In Rainbows by Radiohead.

Eminem comes out of hiatus only to dissapoint like Encore.

Detox will be pushed back in order for other Aftermath projects to surface.

Bishop Lamont will be dropped from Aftermath and his album will be shelved like Rakim Allah's Aftermath effort.

Ghostface will drop 2 more half assed albums and ruin his legacy.

Rza will leave the music side alone for a while and focus on scoring films and working with Directors.

The Game will continue to fall off and be forced to drop a rushed bull**** record due to legal troubles.
