anyone else? i went for a run today and it felt like i did 12 rounds swith tyson lol. I couldnt do half what i used to do, so next christmas i am not having much time off.

yeah im not looking forward to tonight...but i dont feel like i can do much of anything right now in general, went through a VERY messy breakup on new years.

Yeah I'm about to go run 3 miles for the first time in like 2 weeks... it's probably going to suck.

Improve your diet, up your work rate, drink lots of water, rest properly.

I no what ya mean, man. I went out for a run tonight and it was freezing, which made me lose my breathe more coupled with lack of training for a few weeks.

It was hell.

well it could be because of your weight. I have the same problem i usually weigh 152-156 but over the past 2 months ive some how blew up to 170 and Now Its very very hard to run and throw punches compared to how easy it was when i was 152.
