Allright I'm here. I'm fine. Had a rupture in my kneeligament 7 weeks ago and have only been weighttraning ever since. I'm starting to look somewhat like Seldom...

How is the knee now? Ligaments can be crappy to fix up properly...make sure it is close to 100% before you really exert it again...do the rehab etc etc etc

I think the one who posted that picture posts here. It was the funniest thing I had seen in a long time. You being portrayed as someone who wears kneelength striped socks!:) :)

I'm able to do a short sprint to catch the bus but that's all. No martial arts for me for a couple more weeks I'm afraid. Anyway, weighttraining is also nice to do for a while.

Yes...just don't make it a two year thing like I did at one point! When I hurt my back, I didn't run for 2 years, just lifted weights and did cardio on rowing machines, heavy bags and bikes....I gained 25 kgs!

OK for me...but for a young lady around town, perhaps not so good. This seasons fashions don't accomodate muscular ladies I hear.?!?!

Yeah i've already put igoreye, kcfman and someone else down on my outer forum sojourn. That guy if he gives **** will be next.

I wear black socks since black trousers and white socks is a ****ing crime in my mind. Before everyone wonders what i wear, i'm not real casual but i'm never smart.

Ivan's not limping anymore and I saw him showing techniques again in class so his severed achilles is healing well. Come and train again sometime Ron. I'll be giving it a try again next month.
