How do you hang one from the ceiling? Like, what do you use? I was looking through the RINGSIDE Catalogue and they have some wall-hanging thing to use, but it costs $55, which is more than the bag itself.

If I just put a little hook or something from the ceiling how well would that work?

hmm i would me more worried about the part you screw into the wall then the part holding the bag. i guess the ceiling in my basement would collapse if i hung one up so i never did. the fact that those hooks are 55 bucks might tell you that there needed for it to work, and they know they can "screw" you and theres nothing you can do but pay for them lol

Hmmmmmmmm, that's a good point. I'd rather buy one thing and have it work for a while than do something cheap that screws up my ceiling and the bag.

i could be wrong i hit a few different bags where i train and i got one at my gym, but not at home so i know nothing about installing these. thats just my view as a consumer, that generally if an accessory or part is expensive then it is required and cannot be used without. so why not up the price, theyre gonna buy it anyways? supply and demand

i use one in my room from my hvy bag hook... and to hold it to the ground without making any marks,. get weight to hold down the end of the hook , either right to the weights or put something under that will hold and attach it to that..
