I would just like to wish everyone here a Merry Christmas and a Great New Year.
I have only taken up this great sport this year, Although I am really to old now to take it up seriously, I have enjoyed all the training and helping the young fighters at my gym to be there best both in and out of the ring.

I have enjoyed all the advice, stories and videos I have read at this great site. I look forward to training harder and reading more great things here next year.

Thank you to all who helped me with advice this year.
