Also brently you must consider how difficult and how much effort is required both training wise and behind the scenes stuff to get it all together in order to prepare to fight for a World Title!

Definitely not! Don't get me wrong brently but not everyone can prepare for a World Title! It could be just a sentimental thing but I've been following Green since he turned pro so have watched most of his fights and prefer him as a fighter anytime over Mundine cos he has a go! And after watching him throw away Title versus Beyer it was good to see him kinda win a World Title, well 1/4 of one at least. I've said that Green MUST hold Title for at least two years which will ultimately lead to unification bout and Ring belt. Then he'll be a World Champion in every sense of the word. Mundine ****s me coming out with the Aboriginal flag and dissing the Aussie flag by burning it in one of his videos. **** like that doesn't make Mundine Australian so I don't consider him an Aussie World champ. I don't care what people say but I respect any REAL Australian that wins a Major World Title. Drews was a muppet no doubts about it. Green needs to fight at the top end of town in first defence cos father time is catching up with Danny. He should fight a Chad Dawson or Zsolt Erdei straight up. Some of Fenech's opponents whom they were saying were bums went on to win World Titles and were the best credentialed fighters at the time that earnt the right to fight Jeff. Fenech even said in his book that he wanted to bring all his future fights to Melbourne cos of the backlash he was getting off his home state fans in NSW.

I think Danny followed Paul Briggs fight plan perfectly, he just got to Drews a lot earlier than Briggs did in their fight.

Paul came out before Danny's fight and said that Drews was outboxing him in their fight UNTIL he hit him with some big shots and tasted his power and then he got on his bike and started to foul. He stated that out of all the people Drews has fought only him and Danny were heavy punchers and if Danny got to him with some big punches it would be an easy fight for Danny.

Drews obviously doesn't like being hit and as soon as he felt how hard Danny could hit, he got on his bike.

Disgraceful performance from a world champ but if you look at his fight with Briggs, not all that surprising.

Fenech did beat some good fighters and be beat some bums as well. I think that Fenech was our only world Champ to come along for such a long time people followed his career with out actually looking at who he was fighting.
