Do boxers use wall bags? never seen any use them on videos or owt

yo im 5ft5 and weigh 156.... I dont look fat but i am kinda flabby. i checked my body fat percentage and it was at 12%. Wich i heard was normal... I was wondering what the average weight is for sum1 my height.... Im not sure if i should do more cardio to lose sum of that fat or weight train? I dont want to get a bulky 165pnds. I use to weigh about 185 chubby kid whaen i was a teen... Is that why im jiggily? Can sum1 give me some advice?
