Pretty lame man.
My saturday night consisted of me cleaning the mother ****ing house and watching 'Collateral Damage'.

I was supposed to go out to a coupld of friend's birthdays tonite, but I got home at like 12:30 from work, so I said **** it - went outside to skip for about 1/2 an hour, took a shower, finished off watching Dorian Yate's blood and guts video.
By then it was around 2 or so, then I had some whiskey in a shot glass I stole from work, then i was posting, then also watching a dvd - when we were kings.
Yeah, I'll have a looky look - my lifting isn't going too bad, my form is a lot better now, and I think it's finally improving again (after nearly a month off due to a shoulder injury), I'm getting more cut up, lost a bit of fat, cycled off creatine making pretty decent gains just with protein.
I also started going back to BJJ, not really partying much now - healthier I guess too, not missing much.

hehe, the Blood and Guts tape is pretty decent actually, the only thing is, Dorian's training partner is a ****ing pikey psycho :D

I hate those screaming ****heads. There's heaps of them in LA btw. Out here, we're very quick to ostracise such gay behaviour but in LA with all the juicers, it seems to be much more rampant.
That said, Lee Priest trains at the same gym I train at in LA (Yes! Another aussie!).
What does Dorian say about training on the tape man? He was trained by Mike Metzner so I suspect a lot of its very directly related to Mike's HIT training philosophy... (Dorian has always been a big advocate of less is more).

really, he doesn't say much at all on the video, the whole thing is in black and white footage and just shows him working out.
imo Ronnie Coleman's Unbelieveable video is better. he talks you thru it all and shows some of his personal life and some nutritional stuff.
