Are these a better glove? I'm looking for a glove for hitting the bag and mitts, not sparring. Hand protection is important. Should I get the super bag gloves or the training gloves? If the super bag gloves, what size (I'm 5' 10) large? If the training gloves, what weight? Thanks for your time.

The size L World Bag Gloves are 20 oz. They protect the hand as well as anything I've tried but they are damned heavy and take some getting used to.
