Helio “Soneca” Moriera Seminar in Tennessee

Legendary instructor and 3rd degree black belt with Gracie Barra, Helio “Soneca” Moriera, will be conducting a 3 hour No-Gi workshop on Saturday, May 17, 2003, at the East Tennessee State University Memorial Gym in Johnson City, TN. The seminar will begin at 1:00PM. Pre-registration is just $50.00 before May 3, and $65.00 after.
This is an excellent opportunity to learn from one of the best. Soneca has fought in 52 championships, having earned 48 Gold Medals and 2 Silver Medals.

Soneca’s abilities as an instructor are unsurpassed. He has a unique ability to take a brand new student, and turn them into a skilled Jiu Jitsu practitioner in a short period of time.
