Coming from CNN I don't find this highly reputable, as it could simply be American (and English) controlled press trying to stir up anti-French sentiment. But still, it's too controversial to pass up posting on a forum and rack up a few more cheap posts.

It could go either way.

If this is legit, it says a lot about France's defensive stance over Iraq.

It it is not, makes you sit back and ask why would someone release this?
