I fought in two matches
I controlled both matches, was never put in a bad spot, and came close to subbing both of them
but i lost both matches

Gay ass points
They only got points by passing my guard which when they did i got them back in in under 10 seconds
God damn points

Sorry to hear it Chris...Sounds like you did great just need to work on getting points...Kickboxing is the same way...You can beat on a guy for 3 rounds and still loose because you didn't get all your kicks in.

You got out there and competed, good job. I wanted to go to watch but I forgot that Grappler's Edge was today.

in one match i had the guy locked in a guillotine, and bam we ran out of time, all I needed was 5 seconds

only 4 minute matches, and the points were all bull****

I need to find something else to compete in, cant wait to get into mma - when im ready for it ill do some damage

I think somthing similar happened too RTBrouwer, he landed a flying armbar on a guy and got disqualified or somthing because it was an illegal move.....

I'd go into these submission wrestling comps but umm, my grappling sucks.

Tournys are much diff than jus plain rolling. Sub if you can but controlling the action is key. I hope to be in the next NAGA in Nov. Good job Chris!
