This is a good thing. see we have been heading in a downward spiral since the industrial revoulution. the planet has existed some trillions of years and we have done so much damage in the last hundred or so years. society as a whole has divided into a cast system where the few rule the many and the richest people in the world are also the ones responsible for our demise (Tobacco,Oil). So the way I see it is we need another inquisition of the modern day nobles or nature will release a virus to help restore the balance on earth by lowering the population and thus the "Demand" of her natural resources.
