I need to know what i shud get for cristmas ,
is there any urgent need for a speed ball i have limted space what are the benafits.
what type of bad shud i get im 6ft been boxing 1 year all most got a medical so i can fight, do i get free standing bad do you know any cheap bags size weight, wht u like best.

Any thing else that is vital for boxing at home i have dumbells ,ipod, space gloves, head gear, any thing you think works really well i should get for christmas can be expensve just somting that is really worth getting or good.
