I was just at boxing with him and his light day (since he fights tomarrow) is almost as hard as the avg person's normal/hard day.

He is FAST and his defense and level changing is extremely good.

I've never seen Hermes fight but I heard alot about him on the UG. Just like you said, he's apparently got very quick hands. I'm definately looking forward to seeing him fight.

If that fight don;t get out on the TV UFC will have made a huge mistake.

Both fighters are great, both undefeated, both have a very high finishing rate.

Saw him fight @ Hookn'Shoot last September. Real good fighter, I picked him to win in an upset. From what I saw he had good hands and good control on the ground. If I remember correctly he won by a GnP tko, might have been another ATT fighter from that card that I'm remembering though.
