Im just wondering that the global people think on this, but for me i prefer videos over books. Something about the video sort of explains it better to me then the book. I think books give you more bang for your buck( i once watched a leg lock video where he showed variations of moves and in between he talked about his great fighting career in the naga) but videos explaing better. What are your thoughts?
