in order to hang the heavy bag on a joist/beam, what do you hang it with? whatever it is could you give me a link so i could buy it off the internet please! my punchbag is only about 25kg so anything that can support that! thx a lot!

an I-Hook (eye hook?) it's like a screw with a hoop on the top. You can pick them up at any hardware store.

a heavybag clamp, and a chain. you can search this on google. it isnt hard to hang a bag. titleboxing.com has plenty of bag accesories to hang a bag from anything.
