Song Lyrics
It was a beautiful day in New York town
Folks jogging, biking, walking 'round
When a couple of airplanes came around
Hit the big towers, knocked 'em down
Worst disaster on US soil ever!
Course, there's the Indians, a few million slaves...Enron...Anyway, it was worse than Pearl Harbor!
President W. was flying around
Far away from New York town
When finally he came on TV,
He said Why do they hate us?
Cause we're free.
Free to round up dark-skinned bearded guys….Free to detain anyone who might have ties to Osama...Al Qaida...Somewhere in Cleveland there's some guy named Al Kida - K - I - D - A... He's freaking out!
Congress quickly rang the bell
And tried to fight those terrorist cells
With laws designed to never let
Our country fall to a terrorist threat
Anyone who knows anyone who knows anyone who knows anyone who knows anyone who knows anyone who might be a terrorist - is a terrorist!
There's terrorists using your email name
Sitting next to you at the ballgame
Terrorists hiding in your bed
Terrorists borrowing your head
Never seen so many terrorists….I had to turn in my own Mom….you know what they say...unpaid parking tickets aids terrorists
There's laws for this and laws for that
To keep those terrorists under wraps
Some folks disagree with these
And talk of civil liberties
But it's like the Attorney General says...If in times like these you can talk about individual freedom...you're probably a terrorist
If you're planning air travel soon
You might want to think about a weather balloon
Nothing gets past those X-Ray Peekers
And don't carry nothing in your sneakers
Sorry for all the delays...if you want to get there so dang fast you oughta take the train... "I have never been so insulted"... "Shut up, Dale."
Well India and Pakistan
Are thinking of trading nuclear bombs
Israel and the PLO -
Suicide's the way to go
Meanwhile the lessons of 9-1-1 are clear... Let's blow up the Middle East...Smoking marijuana aids terrorists...Cuba's our enemy unless we need a prison camp...John Walker Lindh could be your kid unless we get an economic stimulus package... And let's get that guy in Cleveland - AL KIDA!
The Noose 10-23-2004, 11:45 AM i dont find any lyrics offensive. Only people.
SonnyG8R 10-23-2004, 11:47 AM The first time I heard the song was soon after 9-11-01 and I found it offensive, but after a while I thought it was a funny but fairly accurate political statement.
My wife still hates the song.
The Noose 10-23-2004, 11:51 AM Yea, its accurate. Some people are offended wen the truth is said in any way other than a tearful speech.
Fat Shamz 10-23-2004, 11:57 AM its great, the lyrics really mean sumthing

SonnyG8R 10-23-2004, 04:45 PM Yes I have a wife, but I'm not whipped.
It's almost afternoon delight time. :D
Nautilus 10-23-2004, 05:00 PM I think these lyrics are neither offensive nor funny.
Legitimate political statement? I think they more seem to be a trivial political statement.
What is the big deal about these lyrics anyway?

I agree, I dont think its all that clever.

It doesn't have to be clever to be accurate.
SonnyG8R 10-26-2004, 10:42 AM Here's another interesting song by Dan Bern
Charles Manson doesn't even know his last name anymore
Charles Manson's real name was Charles Krautmeyer
He's forgotten it
Charles Manson had a buncha people
Who believed his every word
Who followed his directions
To cut up buncha rich people
Would they still have done it
If they'd known his name was Krautmeyer
I kinda doubt it
Charles Manson made a ****ty album
Not too long before he got a buncha people
To believe his every word
And follow his directions
To cut up buncha rich people
Would they still have done it if they'd heard his ****ty album
I kinda doubt it
Charles Manson's real name was Charles Krautmeyer
Charles Manson's real name was Charles Krautmeyer
Charles Manson's real name was Charles Krautmeyer
Ooo-ooo-ooo-ooo-ooo-ooo-ooo-ooo-OOOOOOOO
Marilyn Manson took the last name of Charlie Manson
He didn't take the name Marilyn Krautmeyer
If he was called Marilyn Krautmeyer
I bet no adults with large straws up their asses
Would try to cancel any of his concerts
The way they do with Marilyn Manson
I think he should be called Marilyn Krautmeyer
He'd probably get to play a few more concerts
And maybe he wouldn't sell quite as many of his ****ty albums
But at least the truth would be out that
Charles Manson's real name was Charles Krautmeyer
Charles Manson's real name was Charles Krautmeyer
Charles Manson's real name was Charles Krautmeyer
Ooo-ooo-ooo-ooo-ooo-ooo-ooo-ooo-OOOOOOOO
Charles Manson really was a lucky guy
People didn't hear his ****ty album
People didn't know his name was Krautmeyer
His followers never saw him pick his nose
Which I understand he liked to do a lot
Charles Manson comes up for parole every now and then
Three guys sit across from him
And talk to him for half and hour
Then stamp denied on his papers
Then run home and tell their wives about it
Maybe he should go back to Krautmeyer
Maybe they'd ignore the swastika on his forehead
And stamp approved on his papers
We hereby parole you, Charles Krautmeyer
Charles Manson's real name was Charles Krautmeyer
Charles Manson's real name was Charles Krautmeyer
Charles Manson's real name was Charles Krautmeyer
Ooo-ooo-ooo-ooo-ooo-ooo-ooo-ooo-OOOOOOOO
Dr.Depravity 10-26-2004, 10:43 AM It may be accurate, but I hate songs, poems that have obvious rhymes. every verse is too predictable.

neils7147933 11-03-2004, 10:08 AM What Would you Do? by Paris
What Would You Do?
I see a message from the government, like every day
I watch it, and listen, and call ‘em all suckas
They warnin’ me about Osama or whatever
Picture me buyin’ this scam I said never
You in tune to a Hard Truth Soldier spittin’
I stay committed gives a **** to die or lose commission
It’s all a part of fightin’ devil state mind control
And all about the battle for your body mind and soul
And now I’m hopin’ you don’t close ya mind - so they shape ya
Don’t forget they made us slaves, gave us AIDS and raped us
Another Bush season mean another war for profit
All in secret so the public never think to stop it
The illuminati triple 6 all connected
Stolen votes they control the race and take elections
It’s the Skull and Bones Freemason kill committee
See the Dragon gettin’ ****tier in every city
What would you do if you
knew all of the things we know
Would you stand up for truth
Or would you turn away too?
And then what if you saw
All of the things that’s wrong
Would you stand tall and strong?
Or would you turn and walk away...
Now ask yourself who’s the one with the most to gain (Bush)
‘Fore 911 mother****as couldn’t stand his name (Bush)
Now even *****s waivin’ flags like they lost they mind
Everybody got opinions but don’t know the time
‘Cause America’s been took - it’s plain to see
The oldest trick in the book is MAKE an enemy
Of phony evil so the government can do it’s dirt
And take away ya freedom lock and load, beat and search
Ain’t nothin’ changed but more colored people locked in prison
These pigs still beat us but it seem we forgettin’
But I remember ‘fore Septmember how these devils do it
**** Guliani ask Diallo how he doin’
We in the streets holla “jail to the thief” - followv **** wavin’ flags bring these dragons to they knees
Oil blood money make these killers ride cold
Suspicious suicides people dyin’ never told
It’s all a part of playin’ God so ya think we need ‘em
While Bin Ashcroft take away ya rights to freedom
Bear witness to the sickness of these dictators
Hope you understand the time brother cause it’s major
What would you do if you
knew all of the things we know
Would you stand up for truth
Or would you turn away too?
And then what if you saw
All of the things that’s wrong
Would you stand tall and strong?
Or would you turn and walk away...
So now you askin why my records always come the same
Keep it real, ain’t no fillers, mother**** a blingin’
Mine eyes seen the gory of the coming of the beast
So every story every word I’m sayin’ “**** Peace”
See you could witness the illuminati bodycount
Don’t be surprised these is devils that I’m talkin’ bout
You think a couple thousand lives mean **** to killers?
***** I swear to God we the ones - ain’t no villans
Or any other word they think to demonize a country
Ain’t no terror threat unless approval ratings slumpin’
So I’ma say it for the record we the ones that planned it
Ain’t no other country took a part or had they hand in
Just a way to keep ya scary so you think you need ‘em
Praisin’ Bush while that killer take away ya freedom
How many of us got discovered but ignore the symptoms?
*****s talkin’ loud but ain’t nobody sayin’ ****’
And with the 4th Amendment gone eyes are on the 1st
That’s why I’m spittin’ cyanide each and every verse
I see the Carlyle group and Harris Bank Accounts
I see ‘em plead the 5th each and every session now
And while Reichstag burns see the public buy itv I see the profilin’ see the media’s compliance
War is good for business see the vicious make a savior
Hope you understand the time brother cause it’s major
What would you do if you
knew all of the things we know
Would you stand up for truth
Or would you turn away too?
And then what if you saw
All of the things that’s wrong
Would you stand tall and strong?
Or would you turn and walk away...
SonnyBGood 11-03-2004, 10:02 PM Very cool song.
SonnyBGood 11-03-2004, 10:16 PM "Of course the people don't want war. But after all, it's the leaders of the country who determine the policy, and it's always a simple matter to drag the people along whether it's a democracy, a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism, and exposing the country to greater danger." - Herman Goering at the Nuremberg trials
