I've already played Oblivion, I'm talking about Mass Effect.
It looks a bit like Neocron from what I've seen so far.

It's from the same people who did the first KOTOR if you've played it. But yes it's a very very good game to get and there isn't much that is bad about it since you can act as a bad ass saving the universe or you can act like a pansy saving the universe.
On some parts where you're intimidating people or just getting in touch with your evil side you'll put a gun to their head or just simply shoot them..
English_Lion 12-13-2007, 11:10 AM **** mass effect, i hate that nerdy, sci-fi, star treck bull****, i hate space. Oblivion on the other hand is a flawless game. my dude is wearing the whole daedric set and swings the umbra sword two handed. completed main quest line now im going to get the add on packs. maybe complete mages guild.
FUMIN 88 12-13-2007, 02:06 PM yea ive got 1250 aheavments ive completed shivering iles and nights of the nine
canderous82 12-13-2007, 05:02 PM Both games are supreme, if you are just wanting to buy one of them it really comes down to whether you are more into Sci-Fi or Medievil themed games.
Whatever you do don't buy Assassins Creed, that game nearly bored me to death.

I enjoyed it for about 5 or 6 hours then it gets really repetitive and uninspired. Oblivion and Mass Effect are the kind of games which take 2 or 3 playthroughs to discover every sidequest and cutscene.
Rent it if you want to judge for yourself but IMO this game wouldn't even get a mention if it wasn't for the cool adverts using Richard Ashcroft and Massive Attack tracks.
robjr 08-07-2009, 03:00 AM I still find myself going back to this game.. soo good.

me too. i just started a new save on it aswell. i love using the ring glitch so that your character can run across the map in 2 minutes.
Grand Champ 08-07-2009, 06:46 PM Bought Fallout 3 first.. Waaaay better game!
However, after getting into it I found it entertaining even though throughout the game it's pretty much the same.. Some of the Guilds were entertaining even fun to do like Dark Brotherhood and Thieves.. Some of them.. Not so much. Played it with two characters.. One fighter and one sneak..
Sneak is way cooler to play at IMO. The oblivion gates however, damn they get boring to do! So many of them and they all look alike. plus many of the quests were the same.. Fetch some **** in a cave.. retrieve it, fight someone.. retrieve something in a castle (which is built like a maze with secret buttons to open the doors, which is on the other side of the castle then where you are going..! That pissed me off a lot of times), fight someone etc..
All in all good game but it had its flaws.
7/10 imo.
