ross is the man dude gotta love that guy. i dont tihnk im gonna order the dvd tho, as i have both infinite intensity and never gymless, and there is SOOO much ****in info in them, i think i got plenty of ideas and knowledge to get along jus fine. glad he's doin well tho, looks like he's gettin more well known in the conditioning world...
