I have seen it used before and have heard of people mentioning it on here.
I forgot what it's called. You apply it to the place you want to lose weight in and it makes you sweat more then usual. It's like make up remover or something I think, If you box you should know what I mean. Anyway one of my friends needs help making weight, though it could help.

yeah it helps you lose water weight but does it help you lose actual weight faster?

its called abolene and you can buy it from any grocery store,and it just cuts water weight not actual fat.

Exercise is the only true way.
If your doing the right things and working hard enough and eating right it will come off.
I have lost 20kg or 44lb I started at the end of Feb till now.
All from eating right working hard and sparring lots.
