Make sure you fully extend your arms and use it at your full range. It's easy to stand closer to the bag and pull off combo's with short punches, but then you're just working in your comfort zone. Good Luck! :boxing: thats right on the money. theres no tricks to throwin to combos. u jus throw them and land them. keep ur hands up as the bag will come back and hit u in the face jus as fast as u hit the bag... |
