I'm on the Atkins diet too, except I eat bread and carbos and enjoy beer. Also, I'm a vegetarian, only I like to eat bacon, meat chicken and fish.

also its affects are also temporary UNLESS you do a good workout routine while on it and keep taht up as you come off it.

not to mention most people think you just cut out carbs where as a matter of fact your sapposed to up your carbs every week or 2 untill your back at a normal level, BUT while you increse your carbs your sapposed to increase your working out. those are the parts more people forget
