You're fast as ****.

You're left hooks are ****ing garbage. You look like your just limping them every time - you have no leverage or anything. Other then that, you look good. Move well, fast as hell, have a nice straight right and a jab that would piss people the **** off for days.

Good luck at Golden Gloves.

not bad. fast hands. good movement.

defintely work on that left hook. thats my money punch so i know about throwin it, and u are throwin it way wrong. i cant really type well to explain how to throw it right, but i can tell ur transferring ur body weight completely wrong and ur slappin with it more than punching it looks like to me. work on rounds on the bag jus with the hook until u perfect it. watch some vids and ask ur trainer to help u with it. add some more head movement as well. other than that lookin good bro. keep it up...

My trainer would kick my ass for throwing like that, i guess it makes you look fast but the whole point is to put your weight behind your punches although those pitty pat punches work good in amateurs, your elbow always seems to be bent even when throwing jabs and straight rights, not hating or anything your are good but personally are coach is really hard on us when we dont lock are arms straight when throwing straight.

ok firstly youve got good speed and some decent technuiqe looks pretty good however soem advice i would give to u wud be

1) when throwing your jab bring it all the way back to ur head then back outand only twist at the very last moment thats where ur snap comes from. u seem to be doing 2 or 3 3inch punches u need right out and right back , you need power and snap in your pounches imagine the bag is a real oponent he will jus block ur pitty patts if he was real. right out snap right back.

2) left hook need sorting out as people have sed, try to imagine stomping out a cigarette as you twist ur foot or squasing a bug. twist using lwgs and waist for power bring ur elbow up a bit and dont slap just practice tecnuqe.

3) ur right hand shud be like ur big punch shud have power , urs is like other peoples jabs. u need full hip rotation, and body power.

4) hold ur hands up always after an b4 combos.

5)head movment, hands up move around.

6)all in all, head movment , twist knees feet and hips, use power fully outstretched punches, hands up

hope that help you.

I was taught to keep my elbows bent when I jab....

I'm no expert but it seems you have god given talent and speed......gotta get more power behind your shots tho and you appear off balance a bit at times.....nice overall tho.I like the contender music at the begining I got a chuckle out of that.Your hooks look a bit slappy and come from way too low but it appears to me that you could go quite far in boxng with the right people behind you and the work ethic to go with them.....:boxing:

Good luck all the best to ya.

You look good man. There's one thing I noticed that I don't anyone else has said. That is you're not sweating. Maybe that's not your full workout and there's a lot of other stuff you do.

I'm drenched after my workout

Word up!

hey mate nice work on the vid, maybe try turning your fist horizontal on the hook as right now it looks extremely forced on the vertical. This will encourage you to throw your shoulder into the punch more, which will at least get you some power on the shot. But damn the speed ball at the end sounded bloody quick so keep up the good work and look forward to seeing more from you mate.

why would you say that?

Because there is no power behind your punches.

Hit the bag man, hit it like its trying to take food out of your families mouth.

When your throwing that hook, **** that bag up. A tap wont hurt anyone.

If you have been boxing for over a year I am not really impressed to be honest. If you are pretty knew to the sport you look pretty good. And show us a clip of you working the bag with power shots instead of those pitty pat punches. You look good on the speedbag and double end bag though but on everything else you look inexperienced.

Throw everything harder. Then youll see holes in your technique and can fix them easier.

cool vid man. good speed. nice technique. i dont have to talk about the hook cause everyone else has... one other thing though.. try to get some more range on your straight punches. you want to be get a full extension.. a guy like you with good speed will score well if you can keep a guy at the end of the jab. once more, nice vid, terrible hook ;)
