I can't be arsed to watch the rest of the ****ing game - and i'm a Wednesday supporter.
Lets face it crew, i'm used to watching piss poor footy - but this takes the biscuit.

Hows work going anyway son!? You know i ran for an hour and 10 minutes tonight and sprinted the last 400 yards. I feel fit as a ****ing fiddle.

Thats impressive. How fast was the pace though for the jog?
Next time instead of running for that long For every 400mtrs you run. Sprint 100. Then run 400mtrs again. I guarantee youll be ****ed. Or if you're running on a road, jog until you pass 3 lamp posts then sprint from the 3rd till the 4th and keep repeating that.

I dunno, how fast - not terribly quick. Just jogging pace.
Basically, i'm running on the playing fields cos my knees can't take no more road running. Since i've been on the park - my legs have been fine. Which is a relief. I don't know the distance but i lap the area 12 times on a weekend - 6 on a week day. I do alternate so i rest my knee and recover it for a day then go back on it.
I reckon its maybe 10 minute miles or something.
