Ten stones and 18 drained litres lighter ... ex-world champion Fordham returns to the oche

Andy Fordham will make an emotional return to world darts tomorrow — half the man he used to be.

Fordham has lost an amazing 10 stones since collapsing at the World Championships 10 months ago and being rushed to hospital where he had 18 litres drained from his lungs.

10 stone in 10 months can not be healthy. I reckon he must have had his stomach stapled or something.

Fair play to him though. Thats alot of weight no matter how he's done it.

Credit to the big man for losing so much weight. Andy is a good guy and a Rangers fan as well so he's alright in my book!

Get a ****ing haircut Fordham for ****s sakes!

Well done on losing that weight though...and a stone a month isn't THAT bad i guess when your THAT big.

A stomach staple would answer alot of questions... but if not, well done on the will power.

It's what Gollum would've looked like if only he had found the Halfling's leaf and a pub instead of the One ring.

He was like a whippet in his youth as well.
Apparently he was a talented Footy player.
I saw an article on him once and you wouldn't believe he was the same fella as he was in his early 20's.
