Hey everyone. I have a 150 lb bag. Now that I've had it a little while, I'm noticing that it seems softer in the middle than when i first got it. its harder towards the bottom. Is that gonna be ok for training? or is there something I should do to even it out again?

lol i have the same problem i found it in a skip so that was a result but its so compacted at the bottom its like hitting a concrete pillar and my skinny woman wrists can't hack it, what do you guys fill your bags with?
