i think it would be close. that aggressive southpaw style of Jirov would give Calzaghe problems. its rare for 2 southpaws to fight each other. Jirov actually has the style to beat Calzaghe. he comes forward and let his hands go in combinations and volume. thats the perfect style to beat a slick boxer. plus Jirov is the bigger fighter of the 2. I'll go with Jirov by majority decision.

Agreed! Bika tried doing the same thing and gave Joe real problems! Kessler isn't one of the rough, hustling fighters like Jirov so I could see Joe having problems trying to contain Jirov who's a huge Cruiser and Calzaghe hasn't fought above Super Middle before either.
