I mean, it reminds of of a something similar to a steroids in some ways. When my muscles are in pain from a hardcore workout, I take protein and it heals the muscle faster. While, if I don't take protein it won't heal faster because I've had days where I don't take protein.

So, what is protein and why doesn't it help heal muscle? And what do steroids do? I thought steroids heal muscles and help rebuild the body aswell to make it bigger and stronger. Isn't that what protein is suppose to do as well? Make your body bigger and stronger?

It is clear you don't know the first thing about physiology, it would take a small book to give you an answer you'd understand. I suggest you do just that, get a book on basic physiology and read it.

jayfelice its been common knowledge to EVERYONE IN THE WORLD FOR MILLIONS OF YEARS that meat contains steroids. Your body needs steroids for cell production and maintenance.

Youll also find steroids in many dairy products, peanuts and much more.

By the way whoever is paying for your internet (and possibly your school fees) is wasting their money. You can sign up to a boxing site and make several posts over a period of time.....................................but you cant type "what is protein" in google???????????????????????????????????????????? ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????

SERIOUSLY WTF MAN

To be fair, I think he just replaced the word protein with the word steroids in that sentence accidentally. Switch them up, and it makes sense. :)

Who said anything about accidents? Its been common knowledge for a very long time that all serious athletes find their main sources of steroids in meats, dairy products and other things like nuts. Its essential for cell production and maintenance. Why do you think your muscles start to depreciate after a certain amount of cardio and not having enough steroids to build muscles? Its common sence really,

Do your research MothaSucka!

Wow, I did post some stupid posts with my jayfelice account. I don't even know why I posted this for the fact that I knew protein wasn't a steroid and I've been taking protein shakes for like 10 yrs now. I must have been bored when I posted this.
