Hello, I'm new here, I've only been training about 3 months, I train 4 days a week,(Monday,Tuesday,Thursday,Friday) at home. I have a question what is the best way to weight train for boxing? Right now I'm doing a Macrocycle with mesocycles,I believe I'm using them terms correctly, that include Strength,Endurance, and Power. The strength section is basically the 5x5 method, the endurance is all in 3 sets of 20 and the power is a bunch of upper and lower body plyometrics and some olympic weightlifts. I do cardio, speedbag, headbag, and heavybag work and Sparr with buddies. Is what I'm doing now maximally affective? Thanks!!
Never going to amount to anything until you get into a gym.

get urself a car and get to the gym then. or take the train. or take the bus.
no excuses!!
trainin at home with no trainer can develop bad habits. i strongly strongly recommend gettin a way to a boxing gym. good luck!
