3 month break? Aint' no time off in boxing! You want to be good or you want to be great?

That's who he thinks he is; Roy Jones Jr. Unfortunately, as gold as that may sound to make fun of someone, back when he posted frequently he would post sparring clips of him knocking people around, so you couldn't really say much.

I know what you mean. First time i lost i felt like **** then i came back to the gym. Make sure you dont' let bull**** decisions force you to stay out of the gym, got to bulid a stronger mentality to survive in boxing. Your doing good.

Getting cheated sucks. Unfortunately there's a lot of that in this sport, since winning/losing is always subjective (unless you knock the guy out). Basically that means you need to learn to brush it off and move on if you want to make it in boxing. Taking three months off is just not helping you.

Now, you have some talent. If you'd be more humble and realize how much there is for you to learn, THAT would be of help to you. Be humble, word hard, don't get discouraged by adversity, and you could maybe go places.

you looked ok, you look like you got good potential though..Take a good look at how you throw your punches (in the vid) , you werent executing them properly, looked abit sloppy, try working on improving that, you'll see alotta improvement in your punch power from it..
