Just wondering how many people have broken/fractured their nose, and how many times. And if so do you think its because of your fighting style?

Twice. Once at work (industrial accident :owned: ) and in my first fight. In the fight, my headgear got knocked sideways so that the cheek covered my nose and then I got hit on the nose before I could straighten it. :nonono:

Twice, neither related to boxing.

1st time Rugby high tackle- basically clotheslined me, lucky it was just a broken nose.

2nd time a drunken accident involving a bike and a wall....

But I am sure your style could impact if you get hit in the nose more often.

man my nose is like rubber, there is a ton of wiggle/give almost all the way to the base of the nose ha, already been smacked there a ton and no probs.

i have broken it but last night i was sparing and its brused.

I've never broke a single bone in my body and I've been the doctors 4 times in my entire life.

oh and maybe the style of fighting does help me a lil.. i dont get hit in the nose unless I spar with this pro levan easley.. besides that I block it pretty good..

noe and i dotnt hink i ever will, my nose its really weird like dough, you can press it in and wiggle it around as if there wa sno bone , ever since i started boxing , it dosent bother me it bleed quite alot though
