The news is in and Ricardo Almeida is the victor! This Pancrase event as the word has it was an awesome night of fights. All fights went to the cards as all fighters were there putting it on the line. I took this description from Paul Carrol off of the Underground. He had just gotten back from the fights and posted this: "Almeida vs Sasaki was by far the best of the night. Almeida was Chute Boxe-esque and he stomped and soccer kicked Sasaki when the oppurtunity arose. Sasaki's only moment of glory was a reversal in the 2nd round, but the rest of the time was Almeida. He even did a jumping flying roundhouse kick ! Almeida looked great. His kicks were solid, and although he only went for a few submissions, his punching whilst hovering over Sasaki was excellent. " Well that just about sums of the fight and says it all! Ricardo Almeida has a complete and solid game! Congrats to the Big Dog on another victory on the road to King of Pancrase!
