made five trips to the fridge for beers.
actually had to run about seven steps to get the cat off the table and stop licking to butter.


im going to change my diet up dramaticly, instead of just four scoops of ice cream im going to have six, and im thinking of adding in a few extra slices of bacon in the morning for energy.

gman, I dont think you have the staying power that Bob does.

I've heard a legend - I assume it's true - that once, Bob stayed up a whole 3 days trying to get into a passworded ****o site. he finally found a combination that worked on the fifth day, although he was by then half blind and malnourished.

The dedication this man has...he could be the next Nog.

lifted wieghts today, concentratyed on the elbows and thumbs,


did 3 cokes on each elbow

and changed the channel roughly 20 times using each hand.

concentrated on working my glutes( spelling).......i did lots of endurance work, sat down and whatched days of our lives, the young and the restless, and oprah with out getting up once, boy am i sore.

geez i hope all this training pays off, its killing me.
