The Los Angeles Police Dept. announced late last night that James Butler was taken into custody earlier in the day for the Murder of Writer Sam Kellerman. The 29-year old brother of FOX TV host Max Kellerman, Sam was found Sunday dead lying on the floor of his apartment. The only suspect in the case, professional boxer James Butler was being questioned Wednesday night in Hollywood as we were going to Press. When I called the Homicide Unit a second time at 9:05 PT, the Detective told me that Butler was being booked for the Murder of Sam Kellerman as we spoke!

If proven guilty, Butler should be sent straight to the gas chamber. There is no sense keeping this guy alive. He does not deserve to be fed free if jailed.
