Thanks rj_ct 10-29-2007, 01:53 PM it should definitely move man. the whole point is to give you a moving target to hit to help you work on moving your head and slipping. i can't hit yours, so i don't know if it's too tight, but it should move more than just a little bit. egonct 10-29-2007, 11:41 PM i got one coming in the mail for the boxing club at school and am excited to try it out. is it really that tough to get down rj? rj_ct 10-30-2007, 01:59 AM nah man, it's not that hard. i'm sure you'll pick it up quick. just start out throwing 1,2s and get a rhythm going. then work on moving your head towards 1 side or another when it comes back. then you can try different stuff from there, like jabs-right-slip-uppercut. you can do a lot of stuff with it. ask that club advisor dude to show you some stuff. maori power 10-30-2007, 02:53 AM i think its probably the hardest thing to get used to. i hate when they are to tight. you need it to be loose enough to move alot but at a realistic speed. if if there is to much tension it wont move and you could just hit a bag Darkstranger 10-30-2007, 11:23 AM Remember to use your full range and extend your arms fully when hitting the double end bag with jabs and right crosses. It's easy to shorten your punches and start pulling combinations, but try the same with using your proper range it's a totally different ball game! Enjoy it bro! egonct 10-30-2007, 12:14 PM Remember to use your full range and extend your arms fully when hitting the double end bag with jabs and right crosses.
