I got this pain in the arch of my foot. Bugs the **** out me. I thought it might be muscle tightness or something but I think I need some form of deep tissue massage to get the kink out of it something.

I just had acl surgery a few weeks ago, but im recoving fast and am going to be booking a fight for aug . right now im gimping along with this dxamn brace on ;)

my sister tore her acl playing softball. it seemed like it hurt like hell.
