I worked from Sunday-Friday with only Friday being a really light day (Just about an hour of rope & in-ring shadow boxing).
Is it bad that I layed on my ass today..?
Serious question. Better to keep training or day of rest, which is more beneficial?

Depends how close you are from your next fight, if you're just training and nothing scheduled, it's good to give the body a day or two off.

Take a day off if you need it, i always take sundays off, just so your fresh for training during the week. If you don't like a day off do recovery or low impact work like swimming at least your body gets a break that way.

on my "day off" i'll ride the stationary bike for an hour and do some ab-work, or if i'm really beat i'll do absolutely nothing. i usually feel depressed when i don't do some sort of physical activity so i rarely take a day off.

Do you want us to hold your penis while you pee as well? Or do you have at least the common sense to do it by yourself?
You don't need to post every ****ing question here. Use your brain.
