View Full Version : Hey guys- Could you help me out just a little bit with weight/BF?

Basically here's my training regimen..

monday through saturday: weights in the morning (1.5 hours), boxing training in the evening (2-3 hours).

I'm currently at 5'10 and 160 lbs with about 11%BF. I'm looking to get down to and maintain myself at around 155 lbs with 7-8%BF(boxing reasons). So I cant really take creatine cause of the water weight.. I dont take supplements now .. only food.

my diet is all clean and i'm probably eating around 2,000 cals a day consisting of:

whole eggs, walnuts, yogurt, whole wheat pasta, chicken, apples, olive oil, eggwhites, oatmeal.

is it just a "give it more time" thing or is there anything else i could possibly be doing?

Low doses of creatine do not equal water gains,5 grams twice a day and I gained almost no noticable water weight.
