Thanks in advance, - The Jake Bzob 04-10-2003, 08:39 AM All I can really coment on is what I do? every day Abs and 100 pushups Monday- Bicepts alt dumbell curls W bar curls rev W bar curls hammer curls Elastic Rubber band alt dumbell curls Tuesday:Cardio Wed-Tricepts and more pushups Dips over the head Tricept extentions rev tricept extentions Skull Crushers Medicine ball extenions 100 Pushups Thurs: Cardio Friday: Back and Schoulders: Arnold Press Lateral raises Schrugs bent over rows front delt dumbell raises rear delt raises side delt raises Saturday : Cardio Sunday: start all over All weights I do , I do 3 sets to failure tageting reps of 10-8-6 The Jake 04-10-2003, 08:51 AM Thanks Bzob I don't really know what my training goal should be at the end of this program. I'm not satisfied with the weight I've lost... even if I've grown muscle and strength have shot up through the roof. So I guess I'd like to lose more weight and still maintain power (which is the same goal I'm on atm).... PS: You should do some chest and leg exercises in your routine :) - The Jake Bzob 04-10-2003, 08:57 AM I do pushups for chest and for legs i jump rope.
