Got some wraps today since I've gained a good deal of power (compared to before) and its getting harder on the wrists.

How tight (out of 10) around the knuckles?
How hard (out of 10) do you spread your fingers out?
How tight (out of 10) around the wrist (when making a fist)?

Ive know HOW to wrap my hands but dont know the details.

its basiclly like this for me... i wrap the knucks like a 9, but the further u spread ur fingers apart the tighter u should wrap the knucks... i was taught to spread them out all the way n wrap hard.. and the naround the wrist hard

so id say 10 to all of em. tight as u can without cutting off blood flow lol

i hold my fingers apart loosely and wrap as firmly as i can without cutting off circulation

i guess so. the main thing is to support your wrist and hand. the particulars are up too you.

lyrical, i've tried those things a few times and i really don't like them. great knuckle padding, but they're uncomfortable, and ride down on my fingers, eventually cutting off the circulation.

i rock the title extra long wraps.

Oh ok, i find them more comfortable than wraps, are you sure you was wearing the right size??

do not wrap around the hand too tight. there needs to be enough room for the bones in your hand to spread a bit on impact with the bag. thats why you open your hand in the first place.

yeah, i've tried the large ones and the medium ones. and i know i'm not a xlarge.

i wouldn't mind trying some other companies gel wraps, but the everlast ones didn't do it for me. but hey, if they work for you, that's dope. they seem to really support the wrist and have a lot of padding.
