Migs 10-23-2007, 12:59 PM 2 bowls of wheaties or something similar Kayo 10-23-2007, 01:15 PM Depends, if i have the time its usually like 2 slices of ham, scrambled eggs 2 peices of toast, and a sliced up tomato. ForemanCrossArm 10-23-2007, 02:19 PM always 2-4 glasses of water. always least 1 bowl of cereal. (mixture of wheaties, life cinnamon, 100% nat granola ****, granola & fruit ****, all-bran). and then it depends onwhat else is there. today i had another bowl of cereal (2 total), 2 PB sandwiches on 100% natural wheat bread, cup of joe, cup of pineapple chunks. ill have 5-10 hard-boiled eggs (no yolks) if they got em. ill have 1-2 bannanas with PB if they got bans. if they got omelets with cheese or scrambled with cheese ill sometimes cheat and have that. total its probably 800-1200 calorie meal everyday RAESAAD 10-23-2007, 02:20 PM always 2-4 glasses of water. always least 1 bowl of cereal. ForemanCrossArm 10-23-2007, 02:38 PM usually tap, but sometimes the purified **** they have (which is rev-os). tap is not crap. has good minerals to help your body and just enough of the bad stuff to keep your body running at full anti-oxidant capacity. i really think that tap water serves the same purpose of beer/wine in the "perfect" meal. it makes your kidneys and liver do a little extra work but not too much. ForemanCrossArm 10-23-2007, 02:41 PM my FAV thing about breakfast has to be hard-boiled eggs. i mean seriously, soooo many good things about em. 1 - takes time to peel the shell thus taking longer to eat and making the meal seem even more filling. 2 - remove the yolk and you've got like no fat. 3 - its pratically alllll protein. 4 - its filled with **** that's good for recovery and your muscles (chromium comes to mind) 5 - plus they are soooo good. by themselves or on salads. Trodai 10-23-2007, 06:26 PM Usually, I start the day off with: 2 pieces of toast 2 eggs 16 oz. protein drink (with 1% milk) Anal Squabbles 10-23-2007, 06:29 PM A Big Mac and Large Fries....DIET COKE cos i'm in training.
