From what I've seen/heard...steroids do both, allows you to do intense workouts twice a day, recovery is doubled etc...I don't and won't ever use it though...Its a cop out

Ive seen some old high school friends and they're ****in stacked.I remember in high school they were toothpicks,then I hear the rumors of steroid use. For some they think muscle is everything.
