MMAWeekly.com talked with Tank Abbott from Southern California and he told us that "Hell Yeah I'm going to fight Kimo. That last fight was a fu*^ing fluke and I will be back to kick some ass starting June 6th."
Tank said the deal has been agreed upon and they will fight in Las Vegas in June. Abbott will try to come back from an embarassing loss at the hands of Frank Mir and likes his chances in this fight. "I got out of my position and paid for it. It won't happen again."
UFC is appearing to bring back some big guns from the past to go with their current stars of today. It seems the goal is to set a new attendance record in Las Vegas and with the names Shamrock, Liddell, Tank, Kimo, Belfort, Lindland and Rizzo, it looks like they could possibly set a new record. The name everyone would love to see added to the card is Ortiz, but that appears a longshot at this point
