Does testosterone help burn fat? Cause I know women have low testosterone, is that why they have trouble burning fat?

testosterone helps burn fat and build lean muscle

usually men who are overweight have a below average amount of testosterone

Testosterone or ill call it "T", Runs everything in the male body it is responsible for healthy brain function thinking processes protein synthesis fat loss and distribution and above all muscle mass. Without testosterone you lose your ability to think clearly you go nuts you get depressed and want to die and all your muscle starts to waste away as you get more body fat at the same time and get gynecomastia from the high estrogen levels you have and you start to distribute fat like a female does. The only way to know if you have low T is to go get your hormones tested. I would get IGF-1 HGH and T tested. Go ask your endocrinologist to test it all. Then if one of those comes up low don't go to the endocrinologist for therapy go to a "Hormone Replacement Therapy Clinic".

You shouldnt even be thinking of things like that right now to be honest your only a kid man (im 19 but still). ****in around with your body when youre so young will have effects on how your body matures later on in your life, especially if theres no medical requirement for it. You should just let the process go as naturally as possible.

Right now you have almost the highest amount of natural testosterone your body will ever contain,it says right on the bottles of those type of supplements not for use of anyone under 19.

that actually isn't true. men's health talked about it.. it's highest between like 22-28 i think. think basketball/football players prime.

Don't use them, they got zero to none effect on teenagers. And a pretty weak effect on adults.

Better yet just eat a lot of red meat and have a cheat meal at Burger King once a week.

yeah, that sounds right. growth hormones can be even stronger than t. thats why people get busted more for taking hgh and not illegal boosters for the most part.
