should I get the 12,14 or 16 oz and why? I plan on using them for everythying, bags/sparring etc. im 5'11" 145 lbs if that helps

16oz. Most gyms prefer if you use 16oz gloves anyways for sparring. Though if you have the money. Its good to get two pairs of gloves. One for bag work, and pad work and the other for sparring. Because after awhile the padding in the gloves start to wither away and its not very curtious to spar with broken down gloves.
